All of the technical disciplines, which make up the overall skill set of Upton McGougan are embedded within our Winchester office, this enables multi-disciplined project specific teams to be created, as pertinent to the specific requirements of each client and individual project, across the whole portfolio of sectors we service.

However, should a single discipline only service be required then our structure provides the flexibility for this as our focus is and has always been customer and quality service driven.

Each technical discipline is the defined responsibility of one director at board level and the individual teams, headed by a dedicated associate, comprise of a group of engineers and technicians with the support of their own administrative network.

We employ the best resources that this industry has to offer; professional engineers with experience and skills, state-of-the-art design technology, CAD systems and IT support all of which deliver cost effective, efficient solutions for our Clients.

The Winchester office is headed by Chairman Alan McGougan with support from Managing Director Steve Miles and Directors Andy Bradley, Darren Muir and Rob Wilson. There is a group of six dedicated technical associates together with their counterparts in the various support roles (Admin, IT, HR, etc) which together make the Winchester office management team.
